| Motel Information Deposits are required for all special events, long weekends, Public Holidays, Dec 24– Jan 31 or when requested. Where a booking is for more than one night, deposit is the first night’s tariff per room. Where the booking is for one night, deposit is $50.00 per room. Deposit must be received within 7 days of original reservation or booking may be cancelled. Cancellation policy- Deposits (less a $20.00 fee) will be refunded only when 30 days notice of cancellation is given. Where less notice is given, refunds will be dependant on reletting the room for the same dates at the same tariff. Without a deposit, rooms will be held until 2.00 pm. The booking is then cancelled. All accommodation costs are payable on arrival. Sorry we do not accept cheques. Checkout is by 10.00 am on day of departure. Late checkout maybe possible, subject to availablity. Charges apply.
